John Suckling

John Suckling (1609-1642)

  1. Was born at Whitton, Middlesex in 1609
  2. Was the secretary of state under James I and Comptroller of the Household of Charles I.
  3. Educated in Trinity college, Cambridge.
  4. Probably comitted suicide in Paris in 1642.
  5. Works:

      1. A prose work dedicated to edward Sackville, the fourth Earl of Dorset.
